Norms Followed For Fixing Fees

  • Fees charged by the school is as per the norms fixed by the state government and it is in commensurate to the facilities and infrastructure offered by the school.

Rules

  • The schedule of tuition fees for the academic year can be obtained from the school office. Parents may pay the entire fees, at the beginning of the academic year, if they wish to do so. School fees can also be paid in equal installments as per schedule without fine, however with a fine of rupees 100/-till the end of the month and with an additional fine of rupees 100/- for every succeeding month.
  • If there is failure in payment of fees for more than two months from the scheduled date, the student’s name will be removed from the school rolls and no re-admission may be granted. Re-admission will be entirely at the discretion of the management and in case of re-admission, fresh admission fees shall be paid before admission, along with the arrears of fees, including the fine.
  • Students who have not paid up their dues to the school during any particular term will not be allowed to appear for the terminal examinations. No fee will be refunded under any circumstances.
  • The school acknowledges every payment made to it by a duly signed receipt and parents are requested to make sure that they receive proper receipts for every payment they make. The school will not be responsible for payment made without proper receipts.
  • The details of fees, school uniform and other details are issued on confirmation of admission.
  • Admission Fee and Annual can be revised annually as per the decision of the Managing Committee of Hebron School, New Rangia.
  • The school Tuition Fee may be automatically increased to 10% in every new academic year.
  • In case of hike in diesel price Transport Fee may be increased by Rs.100/- in six months’ time.
  • The school fee can be paid online at www.hebronschool.info or by downloading the school app from the Play Store.

Guidelines

  • Admissions are offered from Nursery to Class IX and XI.
  • Children must complete 3 years of age to secure admission in Nursery.
  • Entrance exams will be conducted for all the new entrants except Nursery students, in English, Mathematics, Science and Second language.
  • Admission will be purely based on merit and the student’s performance in the entrance test.
  • At the time of admission the student will have to submit the original transfer certificate, progress report and two passport sized color photograph to the school office along with the birth certificate copy.
  • The intimation to withdraw a child from the school should be submitted in written form by 28th February of every year for the next academic year and if the parent fails to do so, three months fees will be levied as fine for issuing transfer certificate.
  • The fees for the academic year should be settled monthly and should reach the office by 10th of every month. Rs 100/- will be levied every month and an additional Rs.100 will be charged if being paid after the respective months.
  • The fees for the whole academic year must be paid to withdraw a child from the school during the middle of the academic year.
  • Transfer certificate shall be issued only after the remittance of the fee for such candidates.
  • Admission will be duly confirmed after the clearance of the entrance test and due completion of payment. It shall be completed only when all the documents are accepted by the school registrar after the prior verification and approval by the principal.
  • Admission cannot be claimed as a matter of right. Any attempt to use unfair means, influence or recommendation shall end up in the automatic disqualification of the candidate. The school does not have any agents or agencies for admission.

Rules & Regulations for Parents

Parents/Guardians admitting their wards to Hebron School, New Rangia are required to strictly comply with the following rules and regulations, without exception:

  1. Parents/Guardians must remain fully cooperative and respectful towards all rules, policies, and regulations framed by the School Management.
  2. The decision of the School Management shall be final and binding in all matters concerning academics, administration, discipline, and student welfare.
  3. Parents/Guardians must ensure that their ward reports to school punctually every day. Late arrivals will not be entertained.
  4. Parking instructions issued by the school must be followed strictly. Violation of parking rules will invite strict disciplinary action.
  5. The school portal details of the ward must be completed accurately and within the prescribed time. This is mandatory.
  6. Parents/Guardians must promptly respond to calls, messages, and notifications from the school. Ignoring school communication will not be accepted.
  7. School fees must be cleared on or before the due dates. Pending or overdue fees will result in strict action, including denial of school services.
  8. For all payments made to the school, official receipts (online or offline) will be issued. Parents/Guardians must ensure they collect and retain the receipt as proof of payment.
  9. Parents/Guardians must seek prior appointments through the school reception before meeting the Principal, Director, or teachers. Unscheduled meetings will not be permitted.
  10. Parents/Guardians are strictly prohibited from collecting phone numbers or creating informal communication groups of other Parents/Guardians without school authorization.
  11. Unauthorized use of the school’s name or logo is strictly prohibited and will attract legal action.
  12. Parents/Guardians must not interfere with the internal management or functioning of the school.
  13. Concerns regarding a student must be addressed directly to the school authority and not discussed informally with other parents. No third-party involvement will be entertained.
  14. Parents/Guardians must maintain courtesy, politeness, and respect in all interactions with teachers, staff, and school authorities. Misbehaviour will not be tolerated.
  15. Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring their ward completes all academic requirements, assignments, and project submissions on time.
  16. Instructions issued by the school security personnel must be followed without argument or resistance.
  17. Parents/Guardians must not pressurize teachers or the school management for undue favours related to academics, examinations, or discipline.
  18. Wards must wear the school uniform strictly as per regulations. Use of the school uniform outside school timings, except for authorized competitions, events, or meetings, is strictly prohibited.
  19. Parents/Guardians visiting the school for any official or unofficial purpose must dress decently and cordially. The school is a place of reverence and respect; hence, shorts or graphic t-shirts with messages that may make others uncomfortable are not permitted on school premises.
  20. Any damage caused to school property by a ward will be the financial responsibility of the parents.
  21. Parents/Guardians are expected to cooperate in the overall character formation and discipline of their ward.
  22. Parents/Guardians must not approach teachers directly during teaching hours or inside classrooms.
  23. Absence of the ward from school must be informed in writing with valid reasons. Unauthorized absence will not be condoned.
  24. Parents/Guardians shall not distribute gifts, sweets, or food to students or staff without prior approval from the school.
  25. Complaints or suggestions must be submitted in writing at the school office. Verbal complaints will not be entertained.
  26. Parents/Guardians must discourage their wards from bringing expensive gadgets, mobile phones, or valuables to school. The school will not be responsible for any loss.
  27. Misuse of social media by Parents/Guardians or guardians to defame or misrepresent the school will invite strict disciplinary and legal action.
  28. Parents/Guardians must not attempt to influence staff recruitment, student admission, or examination results by any means.
  29. Parents/Guardians must ensure that their wards adhere to all rules of discipline, punctuality, neatness, and good behaviour.
  30. Parents/Guardians are encouraged to support school initiatives, academic programs, cultural events, and co-curricular activities by ensuring their ward’s active participation.
  31. Failure to comply with these rules may result in strict disciplinary measures, including suspension or expulsion of the ward from the school.
  32. The school does not permit carpooling of students. Parents/Guardians are strongly encouraged to use the school bus facility for the safety and regularity of their wards.
  33. It is the responsibility of Parents/Guardians to check the school app regularly for updates, notices, and communication from the school. Any change in parent contact details (especially phone numbers) must be immediately updated and notified to the school.
  34. Attendance of Parents/Guardians at Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTMs) is compulsory. No other representative or proxy will be permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained from the Principal.
  35. In case of a change of custody of the child—whether temporary or permanent, and whether to a parent or a guardian—it must be immediately intimated to the school in writing, with supporting documents if required.
  36. It is the responsibility of Parents/Guardians to ensure that their child does not use any motorised vehicle at any point, including for commuting to and from the school, or for any school-related purpose.
